Plan Your Stay

Do you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city? Here you will find serenity in the sights, sounds and aroma of nature. You will experience the refreshment of life from a more simple time. Here you can listen to the thunderous roar of thousands of gallons of water spilling over a cliff and crashing hundreds of feet below on ancient rocks. Or you can feel the cool, damp air of the morning dew resting on a fern. The serenity of nature at Crabtree Falls will renew your spirit and lift your soul. Crabtree Falls is The Old Dominion's best kept secret. Located midway between Charlottesville and Lynchburg, Virginia, just six miles off the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, Crabtree Falls is the largest vertical drop waterfall east of the Mississippi River: over 1500 feet!

We are now proud to introduce our Priest View Internet Lounge for guests to use 24/7!!!  We understand guests often come to the cabins to "get off the grid", however, we also realize that in 2017 it is nearly impossible for people to be "disconnected" for extended peroids of time.  Come sit in the comfortable lounge and enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks while you check your email, upload photos on FaceBook and contact loved ones!  The lounge also features satellite TV for those guests staying in cabins that do not have satellite.

To see our Cabin Availability, please click "Book Now" under any Cabin page.  Clicking this will bring you to our calendar (online processing fees may apply).  To avoid online processing fees please call or text Beth-Anne at (571) 918-1268 or email [email protected]

Our third time staying at the Cabins at Crabtree Falls, we decided to try out Jack's Place (we've stayed in Annie's, Barb's). The cabin is clean and the kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Mornings were spent sitting on the porch swing enjoying coffee and evenings at the fire pit. As stated on the website, the loft stair/ladder is not suitable for the elderly or young, but our daughter and niece had no problem enjoying their own spaces. The perfect touch was Beth Anne's just-out-of-oven welcome cookies on our first night. As suggested we scheduled a very fun 2-hour trail ride with Kenton of Appalachian Horse Adventures. After checking out on our last day, we headed out to Crabtree Falls. I am blown away that Beth Anne came to our rescue when we had car troubles - even though we had checked out hours earlier. Proof that it isn't just "for the money"; but a true love of what she does. We can't thank her enough. We will be back. Maybe we'll try out Richard's Place next? -Joanne S. via TripAdvisor
